The development of Esomeprazole microspheres using enteric coated polymers, such as Eudragit L100, by antisolvent precipitation method has been the focus recent research in order to achieve best drug concentration along with improved stability and bioavailability without any adverse effects an acidic environment. For microsphere, a 32 factorial design was used, polymer amount rpm being variables. According results investigation, it found that substantial impact on release while stirring speed large entrapment efficiency.
