چکیده

The development of Esomeprazole microspheres using enteric coated polymers, such as Eudragit L100, by antisolvent precipitation method has been the focus recent research in order to achieve best drug concentration along with improved stability and bioavailability without any adverse effects an acidic environment. For microsphere, a 32 factorial design was used, polymer amount rpm being variables. According results investigation, it found that substantial impact on release while stirring speed large entrapment efficiency. Increased L100 caused medication increase from 81.06 95.71%. optimized formulation then assessed for additional surface morphology, particle size, PDI, Zeta potential, percent efficiency, in-vitro investigations studies prepared formulation. scanning electron microscopy optimised batch, developed microparticles smooth surfaces spherical shapes were found. 93.40% 70.63% efficiency batch. As result, current study's findings indicated microencapsulation had significant benefits enhancing Esomeprazole's acid stability. By providing delayed effect duration 10 hours higher patient compliance rate, demonstrated be efficient protecting drugs media.

Formulation and Evaluation of Magnetic Microspheres Of Cytarabine

Cytarabine is the drug of choice for treatment of leukemia. However, many formulations have been prepared, due to certain limitations they could not prove to be effective ones, therefore magnetic microspheres are formulated as they minimize the Reticuloendothelial clearance and target site specificity can be increased. The current study aimed to utilize nanotechnology to develop magnetic micros...
